After years of yo-yo dieting, I realised just how much hating my body was ruling my life. So one day I decided to give myself 12 weeks to get the body of a Victoria’s Secret model because then I would have the perfect body and I would stop worrying and get on with my life. So I trained hard, and I dieted, I got pneumonia (not recommended) and finally got to my “goal weight”. But I STILL wasn’t happy, I was uncomfortable being this small and that’s when the lightbulb moment happened for me. Diets require too much time, too much sacrifice and they just aren’t worth it.

Diets don’t address the reason we aren’t happy in the first place. This is where I want to help you!

In the 90 minute Blitz I help you to examine your dietary obsessions to find complete food freedom and together we work on growing your self-confidence and self-esteem.

Ditching the diets for good, discovering body confidence, falling back in love with food again and ending all those years of emotional eating, yo-yo dieting is an advanced skill and I promise that another diet does not hold the answer.

I’m not in the business of telling people what to eat. The truth is I am FAR more interested in how you feel and what you’re thinking when you’re eating than what you actually eat.

My work is grounded in psychology which means I’m interested in how you eat and how you feel and think about food. I’m also really interested in YOU! I want to know more about the person who’s hiding behind the diets, the rigid rules, and the self-sabotage.
